INTEGRA Project for Immigrants
The project aims to educate non-EU immigrants to make up for the shortage of manpower that Italy declares in various economic sectors.
The basic training provided in the country of origin, added to the professional training provided in Italy, will allow the employment of non-EU immigrants following current directives.
Activity :
The activities envisaged by the project, which will be carried out by the SIFIL srls team and the tutors of the participating companies, are:
1. Start of all the procedures necessary to obtain an entry visa to Italy for study/training;
2. Activation of Italian language courses (A1/2) and civic education in the foreign country of origin, at a recognized and affiliated facility;
3. Upon obtaining the visa, arrival in Italy with reception and taking charge service;
4. Start of courses: Italian B1 - specialization chosen both in the classroom and in the laboratory - course on safety and civic education
5. Training and employment services;
6. Placement in the company as trainees with on-the-job coaching and tutoring.
How to participate :
1) Fill in and sign the registration request forms .

2) Send the completed forms complete with the required documentation to the email address indicated.
3) After verification, the office (SIFIL) will send the complete contract of economic evaluation and timing of the start of the course.
4) Upon receipt, the applicant must, within 10 days, make the expected payment and return the signed contract to SIFIL.
5) Upon receipt, SIFIL will confirm the enrolment, activate the procedures for the start of the courses and prepare the visa application at the embassy of reference.
